Why Am I Unable To Login To My Account
Having access to your Dashboard is important since it gives you full control of your domain and website presence. But in case you lose access to your Dashboard, here are some of the possible reasons and their resolution.
- Incorrect Credentials
- IP Blocked
- Billing Suspension
- Chargeback or PayPal Dispute
- Fraud Suspension
- OFAC
- Reset Password
- Forgot Username or Password
Incorrect Credentials - Most likely, you may be using incorrect login credentials. Double-check to make sure you are using the correct user name or domain name and password, and see if your caps lock is turned on by accident. You may get this error message when you are typing incorrect data.

Billing Suspension - Another reason why you might not be able to get into your Dashboard is because of unpaid services. After multiple attempts of processing the payment from your selected funding source, the account will be disabled. In case you can successfully log in to the account, you will be routed to a page that says, "There Is an Issue with Your Account!".

Fraud Suspension - Violation of our Terms of Service could result in your account being suspended. If you want to resolve this issue, please contact us.

How to Reset Your Account Password
- Click Login on our home page or go to the Account Login link.
- Click on Forgot Password
- Type in your Username or one of yourDomain names and click Send Email Link.
- You will see a confirmation link requesting that you check your administrative email address on file.
Note: The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. - Within a few minutes you will receive an email containing a password reset link. The reset email message may look like this:
- Click the link in the email, you will next see the Reset Password screen.
- Passwords must:
- Be at least six characters long
- Contain at least one uppercase letter
- Contain at least one lowercase letter
- Contain at least two numbers
- Contain at least one special character
- Enter and Confirm passwords match
- Review and confirm the Privacy Policy by checking the box
- Click Sign in with new password button.
How Do I Change My Password If I Can't Log In?
You can trigger a password reset from the log in screen. If you are experiencing any issues receiving the password reset email or are otherwise unable to log in, please contact us for help.

Didn't Receive Password Reset Email
If you are having difficulty receiving the Password Reset Email, please review the following suggestions:
- Double-check to make sure you are using the correct spelling of the user name (or domain name)
- Ensure caps lock is turned off
- Check to see if it was received in your Spam/Junk folder.
- If you have any business associates who administer the account, be sure to check with them to see if they have received the email.

Forgot Your Username Or Domain Name
To acquire or change the password of an account, you must provide either the Username or the Domain name of the account. If you are unsure of what the Username (or Domain) is for the account, contact the account owner for assistance.
